Customer Service Patient Intake
Join a growing USbased mental health clinic supporting patients with major depression.
You will act as the first point of contact, guiding patients through the intake process, from answering questions and reviewing forms to scheduling appointments and verifying insurance.
What Youll Do
Answer incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and text
Guide patients through the intake and onboarding process
Collect and document medical and intake information accurately
Create and update patient records in CRM and EMR systems
Support patients in completing forms and follow up on missing information
Schedule telehealth evaluations and coordinate next steps
Verify insurance benefits and assist with prior authorisations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
Escalate complex cases when needed
Who Youll Work With
Work closely with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure patients move smoothly through the intake process.
Who Were Looking For
Strong communication skills in English clear, professional, empathetic
Experience in customer support or patientfacing roles
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
Techsavvy and comfortable using multiple systems
Location Must be based in Colombia
Experience Customer service experience required healthcare experience is a plus
