A natural customer care representative with at least 6 months of experience in customer service, support or related

A clear communicator who can explain information in a simple, friendly, and confident way.
A proactive problem solver who stays calm and focused in different customer scenarios.
A responsible and detailoriented person who handles information with care and discretion.
A bilingual communicator with intermediate to advanced English proficiency B2 or above, ready to grow in a global environment.
