We are looking for a Tech Support agents
Responsible for preventing customers from canceling a service or leaving a company. The role is not just about convincing—it’s about understanding and solving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Persuasion skills ( Offering alternatives ( Discounts, plan changes, benefits)
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- B2 French – B1 English
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

Conditions:
- English B1, French B2
- WAHA (Work from home)
- Schedules training : Monday to Saturday 6:00 – 13:30 (1 month)
- Schedules OPS: 2 days off. 9:00 – 18:00 (42 hours weekly)
- Salary:
$COP $$3.061.300 + Performance bonus over 15%.
