Job Description
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
- Develop commercial proposals in compliance with client bidding requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities to support the company’s growth.
- Maintain continuous communication with internal teams regarding client status and needs.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for clients and headquarters.




- Conduct market analysis of key clients and the telecommunications sector in Colombia.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in commercial roles with related products.
- Solid knowledge of basic telecommunications concepts and products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong presentation skills for client-facing meetings.
- Conversational English to communicate effectively and report issues to Chinese colleagues and leadership.
- Preferred: Previous experience in companies such as Huawei, ZTE, Telefónica, Claro, ETB, Tigo, Movistar, Onnet, Enel, or similar—especially Evidente.
