We help people who have been injured in accidents get the money that they need to pay their medical bills and live a better life. We are looking for a person to help change our client's life for the better. This person would be a self-starter, proactive, driven, with a see-it-through attitude who loves speaking with clients and needs minimal supervision. This is a person who can bring their organizational, communication, and administrative skills to our busy law firm. The right fit will be comfortable on the phone and a master of keeping on task, following up, and delivering on time. This person needs to thrive within a system with structure and guidance.

Responsibilities:
Maintain bi-weekly communication with the clients and obtaining satisfaction surveys monthly
Complete discovery requests within strict deadlines
Calling clients to answer interrogatory questions accurately
Ensuring clients gather and submit necessary documents for discovery requests
Keep case files up to date
Assist clients with finding the right treatment providers for their injuries and assisting in navigating logistical issues that may ari
