Description & Scope
The Regional Service Manager will be responsible primarily for Personnel and Project Management of all Empresa confidencial installation projects and service requests within Latin America region. Reporting directly to the Global Service & Project Director, you will be expected to coordinate closely with the Service, Project,



and Internal departments at Empresa confidencial ensuring quality and customer-centered processes are adhered to throughout the entire installation and customer service experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key point-of-contact for Service needs within Latin America Region.
Act as liaison between customer sites, Empresa confidencial office & production.
Manage conflicting priorities to achieve operational objectives.
Participate in establishing and implementing departmental objectives.
Maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues in other departments.
Provide input to lessons learned analysis to improve Service Department processes.

Qualifications
University/college degree in Commerce/Business or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
3-5 years Supervisory experience within hatchery/poultry/agriculture industry.
High level of self-discipline, self-motivation and organization within a remote work setting.
Knowledgeable of basic project management, HVAC,
