Responsible for the execution of the MPL LAM across the region, including setting and driving the MPL growth strategy of the region and manages the quality of the sales pipeline needed to achieve to the GP growth targets of the region.



Proactively engagement with sales to facilite business wins and conversion. Ensures the resources and solutions required are in place to efficiently respond to complex, multi-regional, multi-modal customer Requests for Quote (RFQ).

Key responsibilities:
- Drive and execute the product’s strategic initiatives for the growth regionally to meet the annual budgeted revenues and volumes.
- Responsible for MPL development within region, including business plans and pipeline.
- Establishes the necessary operating systems and infrastructure to ensure the right decision-making and best practice sharing.
- Participate in and contribute to establishing the Go-to-Market and Pricing strategy of the product in the region
- Lead and execute the price setting process across the region in line the products pricing strategy, including pricing for large strategic RFQ opportunities.
- Lead and execute the regional Go To Market process of the product in line with the go to product market strategy
