About the job
The Brand Manager will play a key role in developing short- and mid-term strategic plans, as well as in managing and executing brand strategies. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities, including planning local 360° marketing campaigns for the assigned products based on SWOT analysis, competitive insights, and market dynamics, while coordinating activities across all company areas. The ultimate goal is to drive product positioning and increase market share within the OTC segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of regional marketing plan tactics to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and anticipate market changes to ensure marketing activities respond to evolving business needs,



while contributing to the development and prioritization of brand innovations to maintain competitiveness.
- Deliver on sales plans, grow and sustain market share for existing and upcoming products, driving overall company share growth.
- Partner with the Medical team to develop scientifically backed campaigns and stay up to date with relevant literature to promote products based on evidence-based medicine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at both local and international levels to ensure product availability at the point of sale in a timely and effective manner.
- Co-develop and follow up on digital marketing strategies, supporting the growth of brand channels.
- Lead pre-marketing, product launch, and post-launch follow-up activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze results to take corrective actions or capitalize on opportunities.
