In this role, youll handle inbound storage inquiries, convert leads into rentals, and deliver a firstclass customer experience.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries and guide them toward the right storage solutions.
Apply effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve performance targets.
Overcome objections through problemsolving and strong negotiation skills.
Deliver excellent customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Stay resilient and motivated in a competitive, salesdriven environment.
Adapt to evolving processes and diverse customer personalities.
Requirements
Fluency in English B2 level or higher.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent negotiation, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Resilience to handle rejection and flexibility to adapt to change.
Prior experience in sales or BPO customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
