They operate at the crossroads of content, eCommerce, and performance marketing, supporting brands in building revenue through creator partnerships and platform growth strategies.

About the Role:
We are looking for a TikTok Account Specialist to support day-to-day account operations, creator coordination, and performance reporting across TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities
- Support daily account operations and execution across TikTok Shop
- Handle product listings, storefront updates, and content uploads
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Ensure all account updates are accurate and delivered on time




- Identify and reach out to creators and affiliates to support campaign growth
- Track outreach efforts, responses, and partnership performance
- Coordinate product shipments, communications, and follow-ups with creators
- Keep organized records of all affiliate and influencer activity
- Generate weekly performance reports and summarize key insights
- Analyze data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement
- Support the development of client-facing reports and recommendations
- Assist with content updates aligned with brand guidelines and platform trends
- Manage product tagging, promotions, and merchandising within TikTok Shop
- Monitor content performance and flag winning strategies and formats
- Help improve internal workflows and documentation
- Maintain trackers for reporting, outreach, and campaign execution
- Work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and operations teams
