Purpose
To have One accountable owner operating each of the major MEP Trade Tracks. De-risk delivery by adding specialized capacity to operate the bus on the MEP tracks.
Core responsibilities
· Convert “raw MEP content” into learning Pills/modules without incurring in costly video edits.
· Maintain content organization in the existing tools (SharePoint / current setup) while program matures.
· Own the Coaching and Training delivery for MEP Discipline Technical Learning Paths during the Trade specific track. (Week 2 to 6)
· Assist the Lead Coach by reviewing and overseeing work of the Trade trainees during the common topics training (Week 1 and 7 to 9)
· Maintain training material updated to reflect new software, tools ,



updated process and vigente team workflows.
· Assist with the program setup into the Learning Management System (Deel / Engage)
Candidate profile
· Deep expertise in Sheetmetal scope.
· 3+ yrs in BIM modeling LOD 350 & 400 (Min Empresa confidencial BIM Specialist A or Equivalent)
· Strong Revit for Fabrication & Spooling understanding.
· Strong facilitation + training delivery
· Fluent English.
· Ability to structure content into a learning material (Video/Presentation/Live Sessions)
Nice to have: Experience building Training programs.
