Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join Empresa confidencial and support a growing legal practice focused on business and estate planning. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and seamless experience from the initial interaction through scheduling and follow-up. You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized and efficient intake process.
This position is idóneo for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Your ability to balance professionalism, efficiency, and a client-centered approach will be essential to success in this role.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Serving as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone calls, website forms, and emails
- Ensuring a professional and positive client experience at all times
- Collaborating with internal tools and systems to track and manage leads
- Sending relevant information and follow-ups to potential clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently
- Screening and assessing potential clients based on provided criteria
