Role Overview

Empresa confidencial is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced law practice focused on criminal and traffic law, with additional exposure to real estate matters. In this role, you will act as a critical partner in daily legal operations, helping ensure clients receive timely, organized, and compassionate support—often during stressful situations. Your work will directly impact case flow, client experience, and the efficiency of the practice, balancing legal tasks with administrative coordination throughout the year.



This position is adecuado for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing responsibilities independently while communicating clearly and professionally. Candidates who thrive are proactive, emotionally intelligent, and confident navigating legal terminology in a remote setting.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Conducting legal and factual research as needed
- Managing and organizing emails and case files
- Scheduling client meetings, phone calls, and court dates
- Communicating with clients to gather information and documents
- Drafting legal motions and basic legal correspondence
- Balancing legal work and administrative support based on seasonal workload
- E-filing legal documents and court submissions
