The Pricing Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a globally distributed team of pricing analysts. The primary objective of this role is to standardize and optimize all pricing activities into a structured, efficient process that meets established service expectations for response times, accuracy, and conversion rates.
This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, leverages data to drive performance, and ensures a seamless transition from pricing to operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive consistency and efficiency in pricing processes across all regions
Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive pricing solutions
Monitor and improve conversion rates through data analysis and performance tracking




Collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement
Experience
5+ years of experience in freight forwarding
Strong exposure to all modes of transport (air, ocean, and ground)
Experience handling all cargo directions, including imports, exports, and cross-trades (with a strong understanding of the US market)
Solid knowledge of US import and export compliance regulations
DG Certification and strong understanding of IATA/DG regulations across all transport modes
