Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter for an on-site role based in Bogota, D.C. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with company talent needs, sourcing and screening resumes, conducting interviews, and creating hiring plans. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract top talent while ensuring a quality-first process that upholds company standards.

Qualifications




- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment strategies
- Strong skills in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and matching qualifications to role needs
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and create strategic hiring plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the contact center industry.
