About the Role

We’re hiring a Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead to elevate our security posture. This pivotal role will safeguard sensitive data, ensure compliance with general standards, and champion a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key Responsabilities
- Ensure compliance with global standards (SOC, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, ISO 27001).
- Manage DLP, antimalware, firewall, IDS/IPS, and email security tools (rule definition, monitoring, and incident response).
- Investigate, respond to, and document security incidents, escalating when necessary.
- Conduct vulnerability management, penetration test analysis, and remediation planning.
- Oversee threat intelligence, secure data deletion, and backup/restore verification.
- Validate secure connections and data transfers with clients (VPN, SFTP).




- Lead supplier security evaluations and ensure contracts meet security requirements.
- Drive employee onboarding, awareness, and training programs in information security.
- Monitor SLA compliance for incidents and requests, and support audit closure processes.
- Participate in infrastructure change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in information security management, governance, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and international standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational culture.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience within BPO Industry
- English Level: B1
