Your Role And Responsibilities

, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the team's daily operations, ensuring the fulfillment of deliverables, controls, closing deadlines, the quality of financial information, and alignment with client requirements.

This role requires technical knowledge of accounting and financial processes, the ability to lead the team in operational execution, resolve technical questions, escalate risks promptly,



and maintain effective communication with internal and client stakeholders. Supporting continuous improvement, process documentation, and operational stability will also be key.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of the R2R team, ensuring the fulfillment of activities, priorities, controls, and delivery dates.
- Monitor accounting closing processes, reconciliations, entries, account analysis, financial reports, and activities related to financial information.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of the information processed by the team.
- Provide technical support to the team for operational, accounting, and process-related questions. Monitor operational indicators, SLA compliance, productivity, quality, and backlog management.
