- PMP Certification
- Proven experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar leadership role
- Experience managing teams and enforcing accountability
- Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, and project timelines
- Experience working with subcontractors or service-based businesses is a plus
- Ability to implement systems and improve processes
- English: C1 Advanced / C2

About the role:

We are looking for a high-level operator who can take full ownership of our operations and drive execution at a high level.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership + accountability role.

You will be responsible for overseeing all Project Managers, ensuring jobs are executed on time, on budget, and at the highest standard, while holding the team accountable and continuously improving systems.





Head of Operations / Operations Manager – Responsibilities
- Oversee all Project Managers and ensure accountability across all active projects
- Enforce clear communication standards between Project Managers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify delays, risks, or inefficiencies
- Hold Project Managers accountable for timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction
- Review and optimize project workflows to improve efficiency and execution
- Ensure subcontractors are properly managed and not overpaid
- Analyze job costs and maintain strict cost control across all projects
- Implement systems to track project progress, budgets, and performance metrics
- Improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
