We are looking for a Team Lead to join our on-site operation in Barranquilla and play a key role in leading, supporting, and elevating the performance of a Transportation team.

This is more than a supervisory role — we need a leader who can drive productivity, ensure quality, manage escalations, and coach team members to achieve operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
Monitor team workflow and distribute tasks efficiently
Track performance metrics and ensure service quality
Act as the main point of contact for escalations
Support the Operations Manager and ensure full operational coverage
Provide coaching, training sessions, and continuous feedback to the team
Ensure emails, requests,



and client communications are handled on time
Promote best practices and a strong team culture

What we’re looking for:
1–2 years as a Team lead
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced English level
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
A proactive mindset with a passion for team development
Knowledge or experience in logistics/operations is a plus
