We are a growing outsourced accounting firm that provides bookkeeping and accounting services to small and mediumsized businesses across various industries. Our mission is to simplify financial management for our clients by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and support our clients with their daytoday accounting needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their accounting expertise in a fastpaced, client focused environment.
Skills
English B2
1 year of direct accounting setting and bookkeeping experience in a professional.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Solid understanding of GAAP principles and core accounting concepts.
Responsibilities
Manage daytoday bookkeeping, including recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts and maintaining general ledgers.
Prepare monthly financial reports,
including balance sheets, profit loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Support the monthend and yearend close process, including journal entries and necessary adjustments.
Assist with payroll processing as necessary and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and address accounting inquiries.
Work collaboratively with senior accountants and management to improve processes and enhance client service.
