Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager with a strong track record in the locksmithing and hardware market in Colombia to lead the expansion of our brand through offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Offline Channel Development:
Close agreements with wholesale distributors, industrial hardware stores, and construction companies.
- Account Management:
Leverage an existing network of contacts to secure purchase orders within the first quarter.
- Competitive Analysis:
Actively monitor key competitors (especially Yale / ASSA ABLOY).
- Sales Strategy:
Focus on the traditional (B2B) channel, avoiding e-commerce or specialized retail.
- Brand Representation:
Participate in trade shows and industry events.
Mandatory Requirements
- Industry Experience:
Minimum of 2 years working with lock manufacturers or authorized distributors.
- Brands:
Must have worked with brands such as Yale, ASSA ABLOY, Schlage, or similar.
- Own Portfolio:
Possess an active network of contacts (wholesalers and distributors) in Colombia.
- Languages:
Advanced proficiency in Spanish. English or Chinese is a plus.
