We are looking for a highly skilled
Exterior Design & Estimation Specialist
with strong experience in outdoor residential projects. This role combines
design expertise, cost estimation, and client communication
, making it idóneo for someone who enjoys both creative and analytical work.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop
design proposals for exterior residential spaces
, including:
- Gardens and landscaping
- Stone fountains and decorative features
- Outdoor living areas and general exterior enhancements
- Prepare
accurate cost estimates and project budgets
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into detailed proposals
- Manage
client communication
via email and virtual meetings
- Provide excellent
customer service
throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and execution
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting using Excel

Requirements
- Proven experience in:




- Exterior design / landscaping / outdoor architecture
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of materials, especially
stonework and outdoor structures
- Advanced Excel skills
(formulas, budgeting, data analysis)
- English level B2 or higher (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have
- Experience working with international clients (especially U.S.-based)
- Knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Background in architecture, landscaping, or related fields
