The Senior Project Manager will be required to work On-Site in Barranquilla

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met across all assigned projects. This role serves as the central communication hub between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, while driving strategic alignment with organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Serve as mentor and reference point for Junior Project Managers, providing guidance on complex decisions and critical project situations.
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders through Microsoft Teams, email, and recurring project meetings, tracking progress via Monday.com.




Deliver comprehensive status reports and escalate risks and blockers proactively to managers and project sponsors.
Drive strategic initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities across projects and the department.
Ensure compliance with project KPIs (schedule, cost, quality) and departmental KPIs (efficiency, productivity, client satisfaction).
Support external stakeholder coordination when required for strategic alignment or critical issue resolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred, not required).
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (Monday, ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1) — mandatory.
