Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your strong technical background in hardware and software support to manage IT infrastructure and user devices. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.



You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and reliable IT infrastructure, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Support: Oversee streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktop systems) using monitoring tools and logs to ensure continuous high-quality service. Manage incoming IT support requests, focusing on maintaining critical infrastructure (Dealer Modules, Encoders, Access Points, Switches).
Application Testing & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to test new applications before deployment and work with audio-visual, security, and IT teams to ensure proper network functionality across the company.
Encoder & Media Server Management: Ensure operational encoders and media servers for smooth broadcasting at live studio tables, resolving any issues promptly.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Partner with the Head of Operations, Shift Managers and other team members to resolve technical issues quic
