Empresa confidencial is hiring an SEO/AEO Specialist on behalf of a client — a growth-focused web design & development agency expanding their digital marketing service team. The client serves mid-market and enterprise software companies focused on improving their visual brand expression, supporting their Go-To-Market and Demand Gen programs with thoughtful digital and web experiences that drive positive impact to pipeline and revenue. As client demand for sophisticated SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services accelerates, they are building a world-class technical SEO practice and seeking a hands-on, expert-level practitioner to join their growing team.

Role Overview

The SEO/AEO Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-impact organic search strategies and implementation support for a portfolio of B2B software clients. This is not a content-only role. You will own the full technical SEO lifecycle — from site audits and Core Web Vitals remediation to schema markup development, AEO strategy, keyword prioritization (backed by data and reports),



and client-facing strategic counsel. You will work directly with senior-level client stakeholders Directors, VPs, and even Founders and C-suite executives to recommend pathways to driving measurable improvements in organic visibility, SERP position, and AI-surface discoverability.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO & Site Performance

Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits including crawl analysis (Screaming Frog), indexation health, site architecture, and redirect mapping
Diagnose and provide remediation recommendations for Core Web Vitals issues (LCP, INP, CLS) and overall page speed performance
Identify and resolve crawl budget inefficiencies, duplicate content issues, canonical conflicts, and hreflang implementation errors
Evaluate internal linking structure and site architecture and deliver actionable recommendations to improve crawl paths and page-level authority distribution
