Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across Latin America? Empresa confidencial is seeking a Junior Vendor Management Analyst to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role,



you’ll oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, and procurement operations across Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil. Your work will ensure vendors meet regulatory standards, procurement workflows run smoothly, and cross-functional teams collaborate effectively. How you'll make an impact

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records within ERP and workflow systems.
Ensure vendors meet internal compliance standards, including tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support procurement workflows, ensuring vendor readiness for purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
