Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact operations leader with a builder mindset
to drive operational excellence and scale our organization.

This role is designed for someone who has
built and scaled operations from the ground up
—such as launching a BPO account, startup, or new business unit—and understands how to take operations from
setup → stabilization → optimization → growth
.

You will play a critical role in
designing, scaling, and optimizing operations

Head/VP of Operations
as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Scale Operations
- Lead the development and scaling of operational functions—from
recruitment, onboarding, and process design
to
stable, high-performing operations
- Establish scalable systems, workflows, and structures to support business growth

2. Operational Strategy & Execution
- Translate business goals into
operational strategies and execution plans
- Drive initiatives that improve
efficiency, service quality, and scalability

3. Performance Ownership
- Own and drive key operational metrics (productivity, quality, turnaround time, utilization)
- Design and implement
KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards

4. Continuous Improvement
- Lead organization-wide improvement initiatives using
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
