PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Site Operations Manager will serve as the local operational backbone for the Inspire Brand’s nearshore presence in Bogotá. This role owns new team member onboarding, day-to-day coordination, administrative support, project management, and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that employees, leaders, and partners have a seamless operating experience.
