We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our integral sales operations from Colombia, strengthen our international market presence, and build a high-performing commercial team.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of Triol’s global sales direction for LV and MV drive solutions and industrial Motion Control applications.




You will shape and execute the sales strategy together with top management, turning market opportunities into clear sales plans and sustainable growth across international markets.
A key part of your role will be hands-on sales: working with key customers, strategic accounts, and complex projects, personally leading negotiations and engaging in new business development.
You will deepen Triol’s presence in priority industrial segments by understanding market specifics, customer applications, and decision-making processes, and by ensuring our products are successfully approved and accepted by customers.
You will build and lead a strong team of Business Development Managers, including regional BDMs - hiring the right people, supporting their growth, setting clear goals, and creating a transparent and motivating performance system.
