We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Market Unit Lead – Andean & Caribbean to be based in Colombia. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving performance across multiple countries, including Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, and the Caribbean islands.




You will lead the development and execution of regional operating plans, drive profitable growth across all product lines (including AMS, DRS, and BGS), and ensure alignment between country operations and integral strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with operational leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to scale performance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Market Unit operating strategy and annual plan, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.
Drive profitable growth across all countries, leading business development initiatives and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Oversee and guide Country Leads and local leadership teams, ensuring consistent execution and performance.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region.
Identify and drive cross-country synergies and efficiencies
