Empresa confidencial is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands cut through the noise with high-performance content. We're looking for a skilled AI Creative Specialist who's excited about where AI is taking creative production — someone who's already hands-on with tools like Runway, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly and wants to put those skills to work at scale across real campaigns.

This is a contract role with consistent, ongoing work. You'll be producing AI-assisted videos, images, and graphics that run across paid ads, social media, and digital marketing channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. If you love the craft of making things look great and you're energized by the pace of AI-powered production, this is a great fit.

This is a fully remote contract role. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Time hours (ET ± 1 hour).
What You'll Do

AI-Powered Content Production
Create AI-assisted videos, images, and graphics using tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and CapCut




Edit and adapt AI-generated and traditional multimedia content for paid advertising, social media, websites, and landing pages
Apply motion graphics, transitions, captions, and light animation to elevate storytelling and drive performance
Deliver polished creative assets on time, consistently meeting brief requirements and quality standards

Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Creative, Ads, and Social teams to support active campaigns and incorporate feedback efficiently
Follow established SOPs and creative workflows, contributing ideas to improve them over time
Manage tasks and communication through Basecamp and Slack, keeping projects organized and stakeholders informed
What We're Looking For

Required
2+ years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or graphic design
Hands-on portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video and/or image work (please include a portfolio link in your application — applications without one will not be considered)
