The Role

We’re hiring detail-oriented, digital-savvy Talent Coordinators to join Empresa confidencial’s growing Creator Team. This role supports the execution of creator campaigns by managing creator sourcing, creator outreach, and initial negotiations.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with Talent Partners and Campaign Strategists to identify the right creators across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll take the lead on researching, contacting, and onboarding creators, while conducting light brand safety vetting and ensuring campaign alignment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is excited to be an integral part of our mission to match creators with top integral brands.
