This is a hands-on role centered on short-form video and social design. You will lead content planning and execution. We're a small remote team, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a high degree of autonomy and communicates well. Our goal is not to maximize your hours. You can work whenever you want so long as you get the work done.

Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on platform trends and formats.
- Generate ideas for future content, collaborations, and campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Design static social assets, including posts, stories, and thumbnails.
- Repurpose raw footage and user-generated content into polished social content.
- Review influencer content and assess them for collaboration opportunities.
- Lead our influencer collaborations: Creating briefs and providing feedback.
