Position Summary

This is a 4-month contract position with strong potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting for a US-based education company. Working remotely from Latin America, this professional will source, screen,



and advance candidates for school-based and administrative roles across the United States. The role requires strong English communication skills, experience with high-volume recruiting, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Responsibilities

· Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal referrals, and direct outreach; build and maintain an active pipeline

· Conduct first-touch outreach and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest

· Manage candidates through the ATS from application to offer, ensuring accurate and timely documentation

· Partner with US-based hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on role requirements and candidate profiles

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across US time zones
