Role Description

The Sports Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Bogotá, D.C. The role involves organizing and leading sports sponsorships, with a primary focus on Tennis. Key responsibilities include implementing Client Tennis Strategies and Sponsorships, maintaining a high standard of communication with entire sports ecosystem. Additionally, the role includes promoting and supporting sports programs and initiatives to drive engagement and participation.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Professional Tennis ecosystem
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to connect with athletes, brands and stakeholders
- Experience and knowledge in Tennis Sport, Sponsorchips and professional tournaments
- Skills in Strategy, Digtial Communication, Tournament leadership.
- Passion for sports, love for Tennis and dedication to fostering growth within the community
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused and dynamic environment
