Our Client
Our client is a trusted buyer of diabetic supplies. They specialize in purchasing a wide range of diabetes-related items, including test strips, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), and insulin pump supplies. With a focus on all major brands such as Freestyle, OneTouch, Dexcom, and Medtronic they ensure competitive pricing and reliable service for every transaction.
The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager primarily focused on onboarding new Facebook Ads clients and ensuring they are set up for success from day one. The role is heavily onboarding-focused, with 5–10 new client onboardings per week (typically 2 per day).
Once clients complete the onboarding call, they are generally able to operate independently,
so ongoing support is minimal. However, you will be responsible for handling basic customer support requests, especially related to Facebook Ads and GoHighLevel (GHL), and being available to assist when needed via Messenger or email.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls for new clients (5–10 per week)
- Guide clients through a structured, step-by-step Facebook Ads setup process (very structured + learnable)
- Ensure clients are able to launch ads quickly and correctly after onboarding
- Provide light, reactive customer support via Messenger, email, or similar channels
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Facebook Ads and GHL (GoHighLevel)
- Respond to client questions and provide clear, simple guidance
- Handle occasional admin tasks related to onboarding and client success
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads (campaign setup, structure, common issues)
- Familiarity with GoHighLev
