We’re looking for a
Regional Account Director
to drive integrated media strategy across LATAM, leading high-impact work across multiple markets and partnering with senior clients to deliver real business results.

What You’ll Do
- Be the
main strategic partner for the client across LATAM
, leading day-to-day conversations and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive
integrated media strategies
across channels (digital, social, search, programmatic, and offline where applicable).
- Lead
multi-market coordination
, ensuring alignment across local teams while enabling flexibility for local insights.
- Own
performance delivery
, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure
operational excellence
across budgets, timelines, scope, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, analytics, creative, commerce, and more) to deliver
holistic solutions
.
- Identify




growth opportunities
, support new business, and expand account value.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team, setting high standards and driving a strong culture of performance.

What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in
media, digital, or integrated planning roles
.
- Strong experience managing
regional LATAM accounts and multi-market teams
.
- Proven ability to handle
senior stakeholders and complex client environments
.
- Deep understanding of
media strategy, performance, and full-funnel planning
.
- Strong analytical mindset — you turn data into
stories and actions
.
- Solid business acumen (budgets, forecasting, scope, delivery).
- Experience working in
fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-cultural environments
.

- Programmatic platforms (DV360, TTD or similar)
