About the role:

We are looking for a graduated lawyer with an interest in Insurance law and knowledge of civil and/or commercial law, eager to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilities:
- Manage the portfolio according to legal proceedings with efficiency and proactiveness
- Comply with objectives set for the team.
- Provide legal counsel, negotiate settlements and update clients on the status of their claims.
- Suggest actions and put them into practice in order to increase our penetration in different markets and improve results.
- Support the Specialist and Country Manager in different matters related to the operation.




- Participate in a diverse integral recovery team, sharing knowledge and experiences.
- Understand and effectively communicate Empresa confidencial value proposition and culture.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
- Candidates must hold a Law degree with expertise in civil and procedural law.
- Mandatory previous experience in managing liability claims, including both regulatory and litigation aspects.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
