About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager Junior Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This is an operational, execution-focused role designed for accounting professionals ready to build a strong foundation in general ledger operations, reconciliations, and month-end close processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will support the day-to-day transactions that keep our books accurate and audit-ready. This role is adecuado for someone who takes pride in clean records, follows through on every detail, and is ready to learn the systems and processes of a growing, purpose-driven technology company.

What You’ll Do

General Ledger & Month-End Close




- Record day-to-day journal entries accurately and in a timely manner under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes.
- Perform assigned GL account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with appropriate follow-up.
- Support the preparation of standard financial reports and supporting schedules.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Support
- Process and record vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and customer payments.
- Assist with intercompany accounts receivable and payable reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding items and help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Tax & Compliance Support
- Compile and organize financial data required by external consultants for tax return preparation and business filings.
