As a
Senior Workday Financials Consultant
at Aspire, you will support the Finance Solution Delivery team in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday Financials. You will work across multiple financial domains, handling both production support and project-based work, while partnering with Finance stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. This role requires strong autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, lean team environment.

What you’ll do
- Provide hands-on configuration, support, and maintenance across multiple Workday Financials domains.
- Act as a adaptable “utility player,” supporting priority areas based on business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system defects in a timely manner.
- Design and implement scalable Workday Financials solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations,



and process improvements within Workday Financials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of financial system changes.
- Contribute to backlog reduction and improve responsiveness to Finance stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are well-designed, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

What you’ll need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
- Experience supporting both production support and project-based implementations.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
- Proven experience across multiple Financials domains, especially:Financial Accounting (top priority), Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement (secondary)
- Experience with Workday Accounting Center and/or Prism is a plus.
