Performance Marketing Lead

*Remote – LATAM Preferred*

Catalyst is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive execution, performance, and day-to-day paid media strategy across client accounts.

This role focuses on translating high-level marketing direction into high-performing paid media execution, ensuring campaigns are optimized, scalable, and consistently improving.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, who defines overarching strategy, while you own performance outcomes and execution excellence.

What You’ll Do
Execution Strategy & Performance Ownership
- Translate marketing direction into actionable paid media strategies
- Build and manage testing roadmaps across channels
- Recommend channel mix, budgets, and scaling approaches
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve performance
- Can build quarterly strategies

Campaign Excellence
- Oversee campaign builds, structure, and tracking implementation
- Ensure best practices across all accounts
- Step in hands-on for high-impact optimizations when needed

Data, Reporting & Optimization




- Analyze performance and turn insights into clear actions
- Optimize toward KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Deliver clear, structured reporting and performance insights
- Continuously iterate and improve based on results

Team Enablement
- Support and guide Performance Marketers in execution
- Review accounts and provide actionable feedback
- Elevate quality and consistency across accounts
- Contribute to improving internal processes and standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to align on strategy and share performance insights
- Support Account Managers with performance updates and recommendations
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned for performance

You Need

Core Requirements
- 5–6+ years in paid media / performance marketing
- Strong experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Proven track record managing and scaling paid ca
