What you’ll d
o
- Attend all intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to determine the specific requirements for each position.
- Conduct extensive market research to determine the most effective search strategy.
- Market mapping of function-specific talent pools.
- Identify qualified prospect profiles using basic and advanced sourcing techniques (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor).
- Outreach via email and LinkedIn to prospects.
- Measure and track personal funnel conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (Backend engineering, Frontend engineering, DevOps, Product Design, Product Manager, etc.).
- Fluent English with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal
