Meta Ads Media Buyer (Home Services & Construction ONLY / NO ECOMMERCE) — Remote (Colombia Only)

Empresa confidencial is hiring a Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and scale advertising campaigns for home service businesses (ie. Roofing, plumbing, landscaping, painting, etc) across North America.

Our founder previously scaled his own painting company past 7 figures, and we now help contractors grow using performance marketing systems and data-driven advertising.

We run high-volume campaigns and are looking for someone who can take ownership of accounts and drive results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for home service businesses
- Scaling campaigns while maintaining strong cost per lead performance
- Testing new hooks, creative angles, and campaign structures
- Monitoring performance daily and making proactive optimizations
- Working with our creative team to improve ad performance
- Identifying patterns and opportunities across multiple campaigns





Requirements
- Proven experience running Meta Ads for home service companies
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
