Location:
Remote – Colombia

Work Environment:
Colombian and international teams

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, (Full-Time) – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM for training PST. 8am-5pm PST after training PST

Salary range
: 6.000.000COP per month

Contract Type:
Long-term with full benefits in accordance with Colombian labor law

Languages Required:
Advanced English and Spanish (Bilingual)

THE ROLE

We are seeking a




Tier 2 IT Support Specialist
with strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting
business IT environments
.

This role is designed for professionals who can
resolve escalated technical issues beyond Tier 1
, work with
minimal supervision
, and take ownership of complex problems across
Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, and networking environments
.

The adecuado candidate is comfortable diagnosing issues across multiple systems, identifying root causes, and driving problems through resolution while maintaining clear communication and documentation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Tier 2 Technical Troubleshooting
- Resolve
escalated technical issues beyond Tier 1 scope
across operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
- Investigate issues requiring deeper troubleshooting, log analysis, and configuration review.
- Own complex technical issues from investigation through resolution.
