About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Excellence Lead to bring structure, discipline, and speed to how Empresa confidencial develops and commercializes products in Latin America.

This role focuses on three priorities: portfolio governance, priority product execution, and customer insight integration. You will ensure that the region operates with clear standards, strong visibility, and consistent decision-making frameworks.

You will work across product, sales, and general and regional leadership to improve prioritization, accelerate go-to-market readiness, and strengthen product–market fit.
