Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven media buyer with proven experience managing and scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role is focused on performance, testing, and optimization — not basic ad setup.

Responsibilities:

Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Launch, test, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions

Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and make data-driven decisions

Develop and test new ad creatives, angles, and audiences

Work closely with the creative and funnel teams to improve performance

Manage multiple ad accounts and budgets efficiently

Identify winning campaigns and scale them aggressively

Requirements:

2+ years of experience running Meta Ads at a high level

Proven track record of scaling campaigns (show results/portfolio)

Strong understanding of ad metrics, funnels, and conversion tracking

Experience with GoHighLevel, landing pages, and CRM integrations is a plus

Ability to test fast and optimize based on data

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Must be based in Medellín or willing to relocate
