About the Role

We are looking for a
Healthcare Analyst with a clinical background
, ideally in nursing, to join an international project focused on improving clinical documentation and hospital workflows.

This role is adecuado for professionals who want to
transition into healthcare technology
, working closely with clinical teams to enhance how patient information is documented and managed.

Training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the improvement of clinical documentation processes in inpatient settings
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and clinical staff to understand workflows
- Identify opportunities to optimize patient information and documentation processes




- Participate in the implementation of digital tools within hospital environments
- Assist in system testing and validation of changes
- Provide support to clinical users and troubleshoot issues

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related clinical field
- Experience in:
- Inpatient / acute care settings (hospitalization, ICU, ER)
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical documentation
- Hospital workflows
- Advanced English (C1 level) – required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bogotá

Nice to Have
- Experience in infection control or epidemiological surveillance
- Exposure to healthcare systems or electronic medical records
- Interest in transitioning into healthcare technology
