The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-savvy
Customer Support Specialist
to join our team. This is not a traditional "help desk" role; we are looking for a strategic communicator who can navigate difficult discussions, deeply understand complex business use cases, and act as a reliable bridge between our technical team and our clients.

Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and managing inquiries with a high degree of "saviness" and professionalism.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
Investigate and diagnose issues within our complex web and mobile platforms,



working closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Complex Communication:
Navigate difficult or sensitive client discussions with clarity and empathy, ensuring clients feel heard while managing expectations.
- Business Use-Case Analysis:
Go beyond the surface of a request to understand the "why" behind what a client needs, translating business requirements for our technical architects.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create clear internal and external documentation to streamline troubleshooting and help clients get the most out of our platforms.
- Team Collaboration:
Act as a reliable teammate, supporting other departments to ensure our launches (like Relevate and Animal Base) are seamless for the end-user.

Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication:
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with precision.
