Accountabilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure




- Own the full lifecycle of features, from concept and design to deployment and optimization
- Develop intuitive and high-performance frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and system improvements
- Design and implement internal tooling, automation workflows, and agent-based development systems
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and AI-driven pipelines
- Contribute to defining best practices for AI-native software development and engineering workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally in an asynchronous environment and eventually mentor or lead a small engineering team

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend development expertise (e.g., Scala, Java, Ruby, or C#)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React
- Proven experience build
