We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogota. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Client Management Specialist plays a vital role within the Marsh Client Management team by ensuring the accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of client information across internal servicing systems. This role supports the entire client lifecycle, from initial onboarding of new clients through ongoing and annual reviews, including the facilitation of client service agreements. The Specialist provides essential support to client-facing service teams by capturing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data, enabling timely and effective delivery of client services.

We will count on you to:
• Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation and data entry meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the complete client agreement lifecycle — including generation, internal approvals,



redline management, obtaining required signatures, and managing renewals and amendments.
• Perform annual reviews of existing clients to verify and update critical servicing data, account preferences, and documented service commitments.
• Serve as the primary internal liaison for client service team colleagues, providing timely updates and resolving onboarding or data-related issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Business & Client Services colleagues to gather required information and streamline workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate client records in compliance with applicable confidentiality and security protocols.

• Mastery of the English language, spoken and written.
